Functionality
Nissha utilizes advanced printing technology and high-precision molding techniques to create intricate shapes and enhance functionality. We offer a variety of designs that paint cannot achieve, including metallic and carbon patterns, geometric designs, and LED light-transmitting features. Our products blend aesthetics with sensor functions and light-transmitting displays, delivering a comfortable experience worldwide. Additionally, Nissha's in-house CMF (Color, Material, Finish) design team provides high-quality, customized designs to meet our customers' needs.
Mobility Interior
The future of mobility is expected to gain a competitive edge by enhancing convenience and entertainment through technological advancements. This trend will increasingly focus on user experience, emphasizing the creation of comfortable spaces. Nissha integrates decoration and functionality to design beautiful and comfortable mobility interiors.
Enhancing Comfort in Mobility Interiors
To design the relaxing and sophisticated spaces essential for future mobility, it's crucial to prioritize safety and comfort, making the vehicle welcoming for everyone. Nissha addresses these needs by rendering display functions and switches invisible, thus creating safer, more convenient, and comfortable environments.
Nissha Technology for Achieving Beauty and Comfort
IMD (In-Mold Decoration) and IML (In-Mold Labeling) are advanced techniques that integrate decoration directly into the injection molding process. By placing a patterned and functional film inside the mold, these methods allow for intricate designs on the surfaces of 3D-shaped molded products. Nissha uses these technologies to create a wide range of design expressions, from natural forms to metallic textures. Our specialized CMF (Color, Material, Finish) design team develops unique artworks and product designs, which are brought to life through high-resolution gravure printing. We further enhance the emotional appeal of our products by achieving fine surface textures and tactile sensations.
Mobility Exterior
Nissha is dedicated to innovating mobility exteriors. By utilizing high-quality materials and cutting-edge technologies, we offer new value through the integration of novel methods and functions. Our products, which blend functionality, durability, and aesthetics, are essential in shaping the future of mobility.
Advancing the Evolution of Mobility Exteriors
As electric vehicles (EVs) become more prevalent, we are extending our interior film technology to exteriors increasingly equipped with HMI. Beyond stunning designs, we incorporate functionalities such as light transmission and radio wave permeability to facilitate communication with traffic participants, as well as heating capabilities to ensure safety.
Manufacturing process with low environmental impact
IMD/IML are methods in which decorating is carried out at the same time as injection molding. The manufacturing process is extremely simple, and this is partly because no drying processes are required. As a result, CO2 emissions from the fabrication process are about 50% less compared with those from exterior-resin decoration through painting.
Functionality
Incorporating Functional Components like Heaters
We have developed technologies that allow electronic components to be integrated into plastic molded products. Our manufacturing techniques, which support ADAS development, include embedding wire heaters and incorporating LEDs into molded products.
