By utilizing our friction and shear pressure sensor, you can map the direction and strength of frictional force under the soles of the feet. This technology is applicable to the fields of sports and healthcare, for example, designing and development proceses of shoes and footwear.
Map 3-axis (XYZ) pressure
The array sensing elements enable multi-location detection at the same time. The sensor detects not only vertical pressure in z-axis direction, but also the XY in-plane distribution of frictional shear forces.
Simple setup, ready to measure
Our product includes the sensor, the control unit, and the viewer software. Simple set-up by installing drivers and connecting the sensor to your laptop.
Easy to carry in sheet form
The film-type sensor is bendable and lightweight, making it easy to carry.
